This is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in in Japan so far! The employees are so friendly and warm and I like that they are more casual than in most hotels. They always gave me a warm greeting when i came back (the nicest one was the girl with glasses). It really felt like coming home. The room was exceptionally clean und cozy. It was very central and although Tenjin is a party district it was quite silent in the room (i had a front facing balcony). I really want to come back soon. P.s. Fun-Fact: My Airline forgot my luggage in Taipei and the Woman working at the Lost and Found at Fukuoka Airport also told me she loves this hotel :D

1.Location is really good. Akasaka subway station, a bus terminal and Tenjin subway station is near the hotel. It was really convenient for us. We enjoyed walking around the city with sightseeing. We enjoyed all kinds of vehicles: subways lots of time, a bus(to another city), train, retro-style Nomori train, taxi, airplanes and on foot. 2.When we had to leave early in the mornings(6:00am-7:00am) for two days, we could get take-out breakfast(pre-ordered last night). Thanks! 3. Clean and kind! 4. I enjoyed the library style place on the first floor every night.

The rooms were beautiful and the bath/shower room was larger than any other place I'd stayed at while in Japan. The laundry machine washes AND dries in the same machine so you don't need to keep checking on it. You also set a pin code on your laundry so that no one can steal it or pull it out before it's done. It was nice that there were always people in the lounge 24/7 so I was never coming back to a desolate place. Never heard others in the rooms beside me, but did hear a bit of noise from drunk people in the street. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Walkable to the beautiful Ohori Park - either for a run or walk around. There are plenty of restaurants in the immediate area and it is only 20 or so minutes stroll to famous food stalls on the island. Staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was compact but really well designed so it worked perfectly and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom has a good shower and bath and there are plentiful toiletries of a high standard. The coffee shop on the ground floor is a nice place to chill with a cup.

Great hotel. In a quiet part of Fukuoka, far from busy street car traffic but lots of folks walking on the street. Fantastic restaurants right out the door. Rooms were of adequate size, nice bathrooms with showers and a bath. Everything is very "hip", so mostly a younger crowd. Mostly Japanese and other Asians staying there but a number of caucasian tourists from various parts. Very nice staff, especially one young lad name Tetsujippo who went out of his way to help us with visiting key shrines.
